Diesel Service Manager

Miller Truck Leasing is immediately hiring for an experienced Diesel Maintenance Service Manager. You Will:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers

• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

You Have:

• 6+ years of Management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance
• Experience leading a team of Diesel Mechanics
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 Salary Range + up to $10,000 annual bonus based on meeting KPI's + $200 Per Month PM bonus at 95%
• Steady Schedule: Monday - Friday on 1st Shift
