Diesel Service Manager

Service Manager Duties:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

• 6+ years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

• Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - 85,000 Salary + Annual Bonus up to $10/K + Monthly PM Bonus
• Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday on 1st Shift
