WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and other diesel-powered vehicles
  

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, fuel, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain concerns
  

• Complete preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
  

• Identify mechanical issues, determine repair needs, and perform quality repairs
  

• Use electronic diagnostic tools and technical resources to resolve complex concerns
  

• Maintain accurate repair orders, service records, and documentation
  

• Coordinate with the dealership service team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
  

• Maintain professional standards, safe work practices, and properly maintained tools and equipment
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of professional diesel technician experience required
  

• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred
  

• Strong diesel engine diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
  

• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment and modern vehicle systems
  

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage mobile service responsibilities
  

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  

• ASE Diesel Certifications are a plus
  

• Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is preferred but not required
