Overview

Group 1 GMC Southwest is looking to add a qualified Certified Diesel Technician to our team!

Responsibilities

Perform efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work
Maintain an organized shop area
Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of service work
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

Qualifications

3-4 years of Diesel Technician experience strongly preferred
ASE certification(s) in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
High attention to detail
