Shift:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant for a West Tulsa shop that maintains a fleet of semi-trucks and heavy machinery. The Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant role is ideal for someone dependable, physically fit, and eager to start a career in heavy equipment maintenance. As an Entry-Level Diesel Tech / Shop Assistant, you’ll learn from experienced technicians while building hands-on skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil and brake changes
• Assist with maintenance of semi-trucks and heavy equipment
• Crawl under trucks and work in a physical, hands-on environment
• Support shop operations and follow directions from experienced techs

Required Experience & Skills

• Some experience with oil and brake changes preferred
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and common sense
• Physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on environment
• Willingness to learn and show up every day with a positive attitude

Growth Opportunity

• Proven team members will receive training in Electric and A/C systems within a few months
