**Essential Functions:**

- Serve meals that are both palatable and visually appealing.

- Assist in serving meals as necessary and in a timely manner.

- Serve food according to established portion control procedures.

- Participate in daily cleaning duties as outlined in established policies and procedures.

- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, and related areas.

**Qualifications/Experience:**

- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.

- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. for at least 5 feet, and carry such weight for a minimum distance of 50 feet.

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace while paying close attention to detail.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

- Hold a valid Food Handler's certificate.
