What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes
- Assist with food preparation and meal service
- Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas
- Prepare tray line and service equipment for meals
- Ensure accurate portions and meal items are served
- Monitor food temperatures and sanitation standards
- Assist with tray presentation and meal delivery setup
- Track meal counts and report shortages or overages
What You'll Need
- Current Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification (as required)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to pass required screenings and background checks
