Generations at Neighbors in Byron, IL, has an Immediate Opening for a Full-Time Dietary Aide - 3-4 Days per Week, plus Every Other Weekend, from 6am - 2:30pm.

$18.00 per hour, Plus Full Benefits!

Responsibilities of the Part Time Dietary Aide:

• Assist the chef in the preparation and service of food and beverages

• Coordinate daily dietary services with the nursing staff

• May serve food to bed residents

• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal Food Sanitation Codes

• Ensure that work area is consistently clean and safe

Requirements

of the Part Time Dietary Aide:

• Illinois Food Sanitation Certification (or ability to attain this upon hire)

• Some experience in a food preparation environment a plus

• Must be able to understand, speak and write English

• Good verbal communication skills

• Compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
