Job Description - Dietary Clerk

A great opportunity has opened for a Dietary Clerk near Harvey, ND, to assist with the supervision of the dietary department. Details are listed below.

Starting Pay: $16.42 / hour

Dietary Clerk Opportunity:

Full-time or Part-time, Direct hire position

Schedule:10:30 AM - 7 PM or 5 AM - 1 PM

Flexible schedule options are available

Rotating weekends and holidays

Benefits eligible for full-time hours

Dietary Clerk Responsibilities:

Oversee the use of standardized recipes to prepare foods and ensure that staff are following the ServSafe guidelines

Dietary Clerk will facilitate and participate in the education and training of meal preparation, sanitization, and cleaning protocol with the dietary team

Dietary Clerk will utilize basic computer skills and be responsible for meal service

Dietary Clerk Requirements:

High school Diploma or GED preferred

On-the-job training will be provided

1+ years of Cook/Nutrition/Serving experience preferred

Dietary Clerk Benefits:
