Full-time, benefitted position that is 40 hours per week.

 The Dietary coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the dietary department, according to facility policy and procedures and federal/state regulations. Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met. This person also maintains records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels, and equipment. 

Requirements

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have prior management experience.
