Dietary Manager

MUST BE CERTIFIED IN DIETARY MANAGEMENT OR HAVE A BACHELORS IN FOOD SCIENCE OR NUTRITION TO BE CONSIDERED

Yucaipa Hills Post Acute is now hiring a Certified Dietary Manager. YHPA is a 82-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucaipa. We are seeking an experienced and energetic dietician to lead our kitchen. 

Job Duties: scheduling, prepare and receive food orders, maintaining compliance with state regulations, preparing and cooking meals and snacks, washing dishes, keeping clean and sanitary work environment, etc.

Must meet one of the following requirements:

1) Certified in Dietary Management from the Certifying Board of Dietary Managers

2) Associates or Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Restaurant Management, or Related

3) Enrolled in an approved Certified Dietary Manager program
