Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dietary services meet the nutritional needs of our residents while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting healthy eating.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of residents.

- Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure high-quality food service.

- Monitor food preparation and service to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' dietary concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of dietary services and inventory management.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food service.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential is a plus.

- Previous experience in dietary management or food service supervision.

- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in using dietary management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
