Job Description - Digital Ads Account Manager

About Bateman Collective


Bateman Collective is a young, fast-growing paid ads agency that specializes in direct-to-seller marketing in the Real Estate Investing space. We pride ourselves in being on the cutting edge of direct response marketing and taking excellent care of our clients. 



We specifically focus on finding distressed homeowners, individuals and families who are struggling to sell their home for various reasons - divorce, foreclosure, inherited property, damaged home, etc. Many of these people don’t have the time, money, or resources to sell their home. Our clients are problem solvers, they meet with these individuals and families and help them find the best solution for their specific situation. Our job here at Bateman Collective is to connect these two together. We help distressed homeowners find financial peace and real estate investors more business.

Digital Marketing Account Manager 


We are looking for data-driven, self-motivated account strategists to be responsible for our overall client satisfaction. Our clients are investors, not marketers. With your expertise and advice you will be able to help our clients navigate their digital marketing efforts and be a trusted resource for them. 



Responsibilities:



  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss marketing results and strategy.

  • Drive internal communication for changes within client accounts.

  • Educate clients on advanced paid advertising strategies, setting ambitious yet achievable expectations and goals.

  • Address client concerns promptly, showcasing your problem-solving skills.



Qualifications:



  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO

  • At least 2 years experience managing paid ads campaigns

  • Detail oriented 

  • Great communication skills
