Digital Art Supervisor

We’re seeking a Digital Art Supervisor to lead and elevate digital creative across web, UX/UI, and brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on, deeply proficient in Figma, and confidentguiding digital work from concept through execution. 

You will oversee creative across websites, campaigns, and interactive experiences while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with copy, strategy, and development teams. Agency experience is important, as we’re looking for someone who can contribute quickly, lead with confidence, and maintain a high creative standard across all work. 

Strong digital instincts, leadership capability, and a well-crafted portfolio matter most. 

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design across websites, campaigns, and interactive brand experiences. 
• Guide UX/UI thinking to ensure work is both visually strong and user-friendly. 
• Create and oversee wireframes, design systems, layouts, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. 
• Partner with creative, strategy, account, and development teams to bring ideas to life. 
• Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence. 
• Mentor and provide direction to junior and mid-level designers. 
• Maintain high creative standards while balancing timelines and business goals. 
• Help shape and evolve digital best practices across brands. 

• 4–5+ years of digital design experience, ideally in an agency environment. 
• Advanced Figma skills with strong experience across wireframes, design systems, layouts, and high-fidelity UI 
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, digital campaigns, and UX/UI work. 
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and developer handoff workflows. 
• Ability to lead projects independently and move work forward quickly. 
• Strong attention to detail with equal focus on concept and execution. 
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required. 

Pay Range- $115,000- $135,000
