Digital Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Title: Digital Equipment Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Summary:
Tailored Label Products is seeking an experienced Digital Equipment Operator with a strong background in printing and die cutting. This full-time role requires flexibility to train 12pm to 8pm with a transition to a 2pm to 10pm schedule. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate digital production equipment, including printers, cutters, and doming machines

· Perform precise die cutting and printing based on job specifications

· Conduct thorough quality inspections for material and print imperfections

· Execute production tasks including inspection, picking, peeling, assembly, and packaging

· Accurately record job data for production traceability

· Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain production flow and quality standards

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 6S and safety practices

· Support teammates and assist with training new employees as needed

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in printing and die cutting is required

· Ability to train on 1st or 2nd shift and commit to working 3rd shift long-term

· Manufacturing experience (6+ months preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Basic computer and math skills

· Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
