About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Format Manager to lead the expansion of our resources into digital formats, including mobile apps, subscriptions, audiobooks, e-books, and other publishing platforms. This role will work closely with both the design and editorial teams to ensure our biblically rich content is faithfully translated into engaging digital experiences that serve and delight our audience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel under pressure, and bring deep knowledge of the Christian publishing industry. With at least three years of experience in digital publishing or product management, this person will play a key role in shaping how our resources are delivered and accessed in the digital space.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in publishing, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital publishing, audiobook production, or digital product management.
Strong knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and its audiences.
Familiarity with e-publishing tools, audiobook production workflows, mobile app platforms, and subscription models.
Experience with publishing platforms such as Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Audible, and other digital distribution channels.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain digital processes to non-technical team members.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of digital formats, including apps, e-books, audiobooks, subscriptions, and other publishing platforms.
Collaborate with design and editorial teams to adapt content for digital platforms while maintaining theological integrity and design excellence.
Manage relationships with developers, narrators, audio engineers, vendors, and platform partners (such as Apple Books, Kindle, Audible, etc.).
Lead the digital product lifecycle—from concept and design through launch, distribution, and ongoing updates.
Implement systems and workflows for efficient digital publishing processes, including audiobook production and distribution.
Monitor user engagement, analytics, and feedback to inform improvements and future offerings.
Ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across all digital platforms that aligns with brand standards.
Stay up-to-date with digital publishing technologies, e-pub standards, audiobook production best practices, and emerging publishing platforms.
