Frontier Dental Laboratories is seeking a full time  : Digital Implant Technician

Frontier Dental Laboratories is a full-service dental lab, focusing on everyday crown and bridge, as well as in high-quality aesthetic restorations, smile design, full mouth reconstruction and implants. We believe in our ability to change lives and impact society by crafting Custom, Precise and artfully made Dental Restorations at the highest quality in an Ethical, Professional, Responsive and Caring manner.

Wage: $20-$25 per hour.

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday

Work Location: In Person, El Dorado Hills, CA.

Key areas of responsibility:

· Able to Perform all Tasks of Tier 1 Cad Cam Implant Technician.

· Ability to Identify and Work with all Major Implant Digital Workflows.

· Able to Design Single Abutments and Complex Cases having Multiple Abutments

· Analyze scans for issues including draw, design limitations, missing contents etc

· Clearing up questionable information by having conversations with Smile Designers

· Model designs

· Submit Designs and Communicate to Outsourcing Partners

· Assisting with identifying scheduling discrepancies and communication with Admin team.

· Designing crowns.

· Able to Train other Team Members in Implant Scanning, Design.

· Able to work with sourcing partners to maintain delivery schedule.

Other duties as needed:

· Evaluating IOS Scans

· IOS Scrapping

· Back up Scanner/Designer

· Back up Digital Printing

Physical Requirements

• Sitting - Sitting Continuous for 8+ hours
• Standing - Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time
• Bending - Bending or stooping continuously for 8+ hours
• Lift/Push/Carry - Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 15lbs
• Vision - The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general laborer, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures

Additional Physical Requirements

• Crouching. Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine, 8+ hours
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, pinch, grasp.
• Able to use hand tools with repetitive vibration and manual dexterity.

Work Conditions

• Must be able to wear personnel protective equipment for tasks requiring them.
• The worker is subject to vibration, exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
