Job Description - Digital Licensing Marketing Manager
Collaborate with licensees to develop and implement global marketing strategies for licensed digital games across multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, legal, franchise, brand) and external partners to support licensee's coordinated co-marketing campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, with at least 2 years in the video game industry. Extensive expertise in digital games spanning various platforms, business models, and marketing channels. Proficient understanding of diverse marketing strategies across various channels such as digital, social media, public relations, influencer collaborations, and experiential events. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously, including independently. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management/marketing tools. Ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures. Passion for video games and entertainment trends.
