ROLE SUMMARY

Location: Morocco | Full-Time

Renew Capital is seeking a skilled digital marketing associate to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative problem solver who understands how to build and scale digital marketing efforts across diverse African markets while applying global best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital growth strategies, performance marketing and brand storytelling, with a strong background in SEO, HubSpot, paid media and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that increase Renew Capital’s brand awareness, website traffic and social media engagement.


• Oversee all digital channels (SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, paid media, social media and content marketing).


• Implement performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels) to drive lead generation and investor engagement.

2. Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization

• Manage and optimize Renew Capital’s website for user experience, search engine visibility and conversion.


• Conduct SEO audits and implement best practices to increase organic traffic.


• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and heat-mapping tools, making data-driven recommendations.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

• Develop and oversee social media content and engagement strategies, growing our digital community.


• Collaborate with the Media Co team to produce high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, reports, videos, and infographics).


• Leverage founder stories, investment success cases, and industry insights to build credibility and engagement.

4. Data, Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Measure and report digital marketing performance, tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns against KPIs.


• Develop dashboard reports using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.


• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, ensuring Renew Capital and its startups stay competitive.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in venture capital, fintech or high-growth startups.


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.


• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing and web analytics.


• Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.


• Ability to build digital marketing strategies from the ground up—from execution to scaling.


• Proven success in increasing brand engagement, traffic and conversions through digital strategies.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
