Job title: Digital Marketing Associate
Location: East Brunswick, New Jersey (Local Only)

Job Summary: As a digital marketing associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to implement various online marketing tactics across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and infographics.

Social media management:

• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (internships or entry-level positions) in digital marketing or a related role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
