Digital Marketing Campaign Lead

As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

• Develop infrastructure and tools setting up and running the full spectrum of digital marketing campaigns in google network, social networks, via programmatic buying, direct display, affiliations, comparison sites, influencers
• Set and measure performance, also via A/B testing and optimize campaigns as business as usual and also in house w/o a support of an agency if needed
• Develop advanced campaigns data collection and performance measurement capability and reporting in order to squeeze the cost per acquisition down and reaching growing sales
• Running mass-scale testing across channels and campaigns discovering innovative ways of promoting banking products, often thru taking an inspiration from the e-commerce sector, finding new targets groups in social networks and in digital space, testing new mark assets performance
• Making sure there's end to end synchronization between landing page, app store, mark ads in campaign once promoting a product
• Running entrusted part of mark campaigns, incl. a test budget
• Act as a senior lead and coach for the important part of digital mark team in charge of performance marketing campaigns

• Proven track record in performance marketing in financial / fintech industry or e-commerce, best in Poland
• Hands on experience in setting up digital marketing campaigns, incl. having contacts with local networks and partners to set performance campaigns fast
• Demonstrated experience with performance marketing data analytics and performance measurement
• Experience in building digital marketing funnel
• Experience in procurement of suppliers and partners, setting up SLAs with a marketing agency
• Work experience on the side of marketing agency is advantage
