The Digital Marketing Coordinator focuses on enhancing Pro-Claim Group’s online presence through targeted digital marketing efforts. This role manages SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and social media campaigns to ensure the company remains competitive and engaging in the digital space.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging, on-brand content.
• Monitor website performance and make updates to improve user experience and SEO.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Support the marketing team with special projects and digital tools.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field,
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role, or a willingness to learn, be coachable, and take adequate training to succeed in the role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and online ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data effectively.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per annum (based on experience)
