Digital Marketing Coordinator

The dgs Marketing Engineers team influences every product you see and touch. With three of our key focus areas (culture, talent, clients) in mind, we are adding a digital marketing coordinator position to our team.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing within an agency environment. You’ll support client accounts across multiple digital channels while gaining hands-on experience in strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. The ideal candidate will learn and engage in a range of digital marketing activities including but not limited to social media copywriting and management, website editing, digital advertising and reporting, SEO and eblast development.

Please note that qualified candidates must currently reside in, or be in the process of relocating to, the Indianapolis area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Write and schedule social media content; help manage day-to-day activity across client platforms


• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, AdRoll, geofencing platforms, and others)


• Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis


• Edit and update client websites


• Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns


• Support SEO initiatives and ongoing digital optimization efforts


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables
