Digital Marketing Coordinator

ICP Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The preferred location would be local to our Andover, MA, Norton, OH or Tampa, FL plants . The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives, coordinating marketing campaigns, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

The Marketing Coordinator will manage the registration, ordering and paperwork for all marketing managed tradeshows. You will assist with internal and external events (i.e. sales meetings, hospitality events). This role will support the ICP Contractor ProProgram, our loyalty and rewards program. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain the documents and reorder points/inventory on ICP Connect and Creative Connection as well as maintain the ICP apparel portal.
Responsibilities :
Day to day maintenance of the Contractor Pro Program by upgrading registered contractors in the system when gold status is achieved. As well as running and distributing monthly sales and enrollment reports and mailing plaques to gold level contractors.
Management of marketing events to include tradeshow details including booth registration, hotel arrangements, registering exhibitors, ordering literature, ordering electrical, drayage etc. and booth components as well as sample or empty product.
Administrative responsibility for ICP Connect, our digital asset management tool, ensuring the literature and documents are up to date as well as managing users.
Add new items to Creative Connection, our literature and sample portal, run usage reports as requested and manage/adjust reorder points to ensure consistent and accurate inventory. Assist with sample orders for the site.

Experience needed Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred.
Advanced computer skills including word MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal skills, works well in a team environment. Ability to maintain confidential information.
Possess clear and professional communication skills, including verbal and written skills demonstrated on both the telephone and in person, writing skills and listening skills.
Highly detail oriented and organized. Consistently proofreads data for correctness and accuracy.
Multitasking is crucial; objective/critical judgement; problem solving and adaptable
Has the ability to collaborate effectively with others
