Digital Marketing Intern - Rapid Progression

About the role:

We're seeking a creative and motivated intern to learn various aspects of DAR PRO's business and marketing. You'll collaborate with various teams to develop engaging digital campaigns and identify effective communication channels for our target audience.

Your main focus will be to define the customer journey and explore opportunities for ROI by leveraging marketing automation, AI, and other tools to enhance the customer experience.

You'll be exposed to different areas of digital marketing including how to:

• Research the industry, competitors, and customers to identify new ways to generate leads, boost conversion and retention rates.
• Implement SEO/SEM campaigns to elevate website traffic and establish a dominant market position.
• Develop creative content to introduce our services and products to the market.
• Use CRM to automate marketing touchpoints, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, attribution, and return on investment.
• Support the launch of new technology or tools.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging digital trends to maintain a competitive edge

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as marketing, communications, or business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with great problem-solving and research skills
• Solid understanding of basic marketing principles with a creative mindset
• Ability to work closely with a team and collaborate daily

Physical Demands

• Frequently must sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally walk, bend, balance, or stoop.
• Regularly required to reach with hands or arms.

Work Environment

• Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.
• Less than 10% domestic travel.
