Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive our online presence and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads

- Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC and content marketing

- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, tracking and reporting

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and support lead generation efforts

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives

- Stay informed about new digital marketing tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation

- Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation through social media and review platforms

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across all channels

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies

- Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and content marketing

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Knowledge of construction industry trends and terminology is a plus.

This position is based in Houston, Texas, United States.

Contract Details:
