Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

Owns Gladstone’s brand presence and digital marketing across all five locations and specialty programs — content creation, the website, digital campaign management, paid media, external partner relationships, and brand consistency. Equally comfortable writing a patient-facing Instagram caption, managing a Google Ads campaign, and presenting a content strategy to leadership.



Content Strategy & Creation




  • Own the content calendar across all social media channels, programs, and locations.

  • Create and publish content for TMS, KAP, DBT, Weight Management, and general psychiatry programs.

  • Produce service- and condition-education content (the “what we treat / what we do” content). (merged)

  • Write and produce both the internal staff newsletter and the referral source newsletter.

  • Maintain Psychology Today profiles, Birdeye listings, and all insurance / school directory presence.

  • Develop program-specific messaging in alignment with brand voice and clinical accuracy.



Website, SEO & SEM




  • Own the website platform and the service / program pages across all five locations and programs. (merged)

  • Maintain provider bios and clinician spotlights / profiles. (merged)

  • Own campaign landing pages and conversion-rate optimization, partnering with the Patient Engagement & Retention Manager on conversion. (merged)

  • Own SEO strategy: keyword targeting, on-page optimization, content alignment, and rank tracking.

  • Monitor and report on website analytics (traffic, conversions, source attribution).

  • Identify and recommend new digital channels or tools as the organization grows.



Paid Media & Advertising




  • Manage Google Ads campaigns: strategy, copywriting, budget pacing, and performance reporting.

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for external marketing partners.

Brand, Design & Recruitment Marketing




  • Enforce brand standards across all collateral, digital assets, and external communications.

  • Produce or oversee design of flyers, brochures, email templates, and promotional materials (Canva, MailerLite, and similar tools).

  • Own recruitment / employer-brand marketing and careers content to support provider hiring (with HR). (merged)
