Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

This is a remote position but candidates must live and be legally authorized to work within the United States without employer sponsorship. No H1, recruiters, or live outside of the United States.

REMOTE POSITION
The awesome things you would do:
Hands-on work to plan, implement, and execute the overall marketing strategy for the organization
Develop new strategies to drive leads and acquire customers
Manage efficient growth, measure performance across KPIs, and use analytics to measure results continuously.
Build, strengthen, and leverage media relationships to achieve notable media placements and drive increased organization coverage.
Optimize performance across all channels, driving efficient growth. Measure the impact of media investments and communications driving performance against growth goals.
Day-to-day management: Create media plans, build in platforms, test, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive profitable growth across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Partners with Marketing Analytics on planning, forecasting, and spending/efficiency targets.
Implements and continually tests new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools.
Own and develop strong relationships with our digital marketing vendors, Google, LinkedIn, and others, along with key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with them to brainstorm, strategize, and optimize across campaigns.
Take ownership of the budget tracking process across all advertising platforms.
Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid media space and provides recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into our campaigns
Email Campaigns: Strategize and manage effective email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
Market Research: Direct market and client research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
Social Media Strategy: Formulate and oversee the execution of our social media strategy, maximizing brand engagement and reach.
Must Haves
An Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
5+ years of marketing-related work experience is required.
Proven track record of planning, developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies. Must have experience developing strategies, not just executing someone else’s.
Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about innovation.
Google Analytics and Google Suite experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong time and project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment are essential.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced managing multiple marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
2+ years of Marketing experience in information technology
2+ years of experience developing and executing multichannel marketing content and campaigns supporting selling and upselling activities
Experience with graphic design and basic video editing skills
