Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager | Temp to Perm position | FT (M-F) | $43-44/hr DOE | Hybrid | King of Prussia, PA

Looking to work in a local non-profit? Proficient in Salesforce and have digital marketing experience? If you are looking for your next work home, this is an EXCELLENT opportunity to utilize your skills and help with a worthy cause! This position will drive community engagement through the organization's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will play a lead role in SEM/digital ads as well as SEO. They will also use analytics to optimize marketing campaigns based on monthly, quarterly, and annual results.

A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Manager

Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics to proactively build reports by [resenting data in a way that generates actionable insights.
Manage Marketing Cloud Strategy: Help develop and manage the organization's marketing strategies as well as grow their global audience.
Manage Digital Advertising: Collaborates with staff to design Google, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and helps identify requirements for assets. Responsible for implementing, monitoring and using analytics to maximize ROI of ad campaigns.
FormAssembly Forms: Work with staff to create or modify forms as needed to maximize data collection for Salesforce fields.

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Manager position

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; relevant advanced degree is a plus
Relevant technical certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook and/or equivalents) will be considered
3+ years of progressive digital marketing experience is required. Marketing Cloud experience is preferred, proficiency in another emailing platform that supports journeys, like MailChimp or Pardot, is acceptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated effective collaboration with organizational leadership to advance and organization's success
Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or of journey-based email platform, Google analytics, and FormAssembly
Demonstrated experience planning digital campaigns. Campaigns focused on healthcare consumers a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and time management; the ability to manager several concurrent projects with a results-oriented attitude
