for a hybrid opportunity in their Cary , NC office. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the landscape of their digital advertising efforts. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll spearhead the strategy and execution across thei r growth-centric paid advertising channels, including paid search, retargeting, paid social, and review sites. This role is crucial for someone eager to drive thei r core business growth objectives and work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure thei r campaigns are not just visible but impactful.

What You Will Do
Strategy Development:

Oversee the execution of thei r digital marketing strategy across key performance marketing channels such as Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Performance Analysis:

Build, monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of paid campaigns, identifying key opportunities for growth and optimization.
Budget Management:

Keep a vigilant eye on budget allocation, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
A/B Testing:

Design and implement A/B tests, leveraging data to drive decisions that enhance campaign performance across critical metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Work closely with the data intelligence team to create dashboards that accurately measure campaign success, forecast trends, and unearth optimization opportunities.
Management Reporting:

Develop and deliver comprehensive management reports, presentations, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Conversion Rate Optimization:

Collaborate with marketing operations and external agencies to optimize landing page conversions, spearheading tests and reporting on outcomes.
Lead Management:

Enhance lead flow and reporting processes in partnership with marketing operations to ensure seamless lead management and nurturing.
What You Need

Experience:

At least 3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in developing and executing digital campaign strategies, particularly in Paid Search (SEM via Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta).
Analytical Skills:

A deep understanding of GA4 for detailed analysis and reporting, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
Collaborative Communication:

Proven ability to work effectively with both creative and technical teams to develop integrated campaign strategies.
Organizational Skills:

Exceptional organizational abilities and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
Quantitative Analysis:

Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis, with a creative approach to testing methodologies and campaign optimization.
What Makes You Stand Out

Looker Studio Experience:

Proficiency in creating Looker Studio reports for in-depth reporting and budget monitoring.
Review Site Management:

Experience managing pay-per-lead programs on review sites like HotelTechReport, Gartner, and G2.
Marketing Stack Familiarity:

Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and SEM Rush.
Creative Execution:

Exceptional visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, enhancing product visibility and customer.
SaaS Knowledge:

Prior experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in roles that involve conversion rate optimization and digital marketing strategy.
