The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies in support of the achievement of business growth objectives. He/She will work cross-functionally, using data analytics to direct and develop digital marketing efforts into cohesive strategies across all online and digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for evolving and scaling CVP’s paid media program, ensuring alignment with CVP’s strategic objectives. He/She will drive full-funnel digital marketing strategies, execution of tactics, budget management, forecasts and performance measurements. The ideal candidate will be able to map impact of digital marketing efforts back to the achievement of overall business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to evolve the paid media strategy, and drive the planning and execution of CVP’s global digital marketing program
  • Manage and scale paid media budgets, and own the ROI targets for all digital channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting/remarketing, display, email, mobile, and other online properties
  • Manage and own the digital scorecard for measurement and optimization of digital marketing strategies
  • Continuously optimize digital audiences, ads, creative, and landing pages, leveraging data analytics in a test and learn environment
  • Develop multi-touch, omnichannel strategies for targeted audience segments to engage prospective clients and move them through the funnel
  • Identify strategic opportunities to further the digital marketing program in pursuit of business objectives
  • Manage, select, and evaluate performance of digital marketing partners and platforms related to key digital channels
  • Aid in the smooth operation of all digital/online tools and applications (online appointment scheduling, online stores, websites, blogs, and social media)
  • Partner with cross-functional internal and external teams to deliver upon key initiatives and ensure marketing efforts are driving desired results
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities and provides recommendations for improvement of campaigns and user/audience experiences
  • Manages KPI reporting and regular performance assessments using all available analytics data

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant Digital Marketing experience, with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
  •  Digital channel expert on top of the latest ad platform algorithm changes (social media, SEO, SEM, websites, display, email, mobile, etc.)
  • Proven track-record of demonstrating positive ROI from paid advertising
  • Strong data-driven approach to decision making; working knowledge of data models
  • Experience navigating and reporting on a variety of metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline contribution, marketing attribution, and ROI
  • Well-versed in MarTech, data flows and integrations needed to run data-driven campaigns
  • The ability to work with a high-volume of landing pages and UTMs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of analytics and analytical tools, with a passion for understanding and measuring data
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, keyword research, social media platforms and digital best practices
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports and trends
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  •  Ability to communicate impact of digital marketing to cross-functional partners 
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand business objectives
  • Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, able to provide complex information in a digestible way is required
