In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and functionality of digital platforms, enhancing user engagement, and driving content strategy. Your contributions will ensure the organization’s online presence is optimized for performance, in collaboration with various teams. You will serve as a key point of contact for external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and strategic improvements. This is an impactful role that directly contributes to the visibility and effectiveness of our partner's digital marketing efforts.
Accountabilities
- Oversee updates and stability of digital platforms including the website.
- Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
- Manage content publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and support keyword research.
- Track and report on digital metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing websites and digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JSON for basic troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
