Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager -Sociall Media

Position is

fully onsite in Newport Beach, Ca,

not offering remote or hybrid options at this time.
This is a permanent role with salary and benefits.

We are seeking a Paid Social Digital Marketing Specialist on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Your focus will be on audience targeting, creative ad design, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver compelling social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
• Optimization and Analysis: Analyze opportunities for optimization across multiple platforms (SEM, Paid Social, native Advertising, Display, Programmatic) and implement effective solutions.
• Performance Evaluation: Define, measure, and evaluate campaign results, providing actionable insights to partners and stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and advocate for marketing initiatives.
• Reporting: Generate detailed campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Create and manage ad campaigns across various social platforms.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting.
• Work with internal design team to create and test ad creatives.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the manager to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends in social media.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Media agency experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, pivot tables is a plus.
• Proficiency in ad targeting and audience analysis.
• Creative design and ad copywriting skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Forecasting and budget management.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools and best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
