DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Digital Marketing Segment Manager in PPG's Automotive Refinish business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive qualified traffic to our company's website. If you're a data-driven marketer with a digital-first mindset, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and develop strategies to drive qualified traffic to our company's website.

* Execution Oversight: Plan and oversee the execution of all digital marketing initiatives, including: * SEO/SEM: Optimize search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. * Email Marketing : Develop effective email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. * PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click campaigns for maximum ROI. * Customer Segment Management: Experience with customer and end-use segments, their needs, and how to activate through targeted communications, trade shows, and industry associations. * Project Management: Manage the development, production, and implementation of marketing communications tactics.

Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or comparable field. MBA preferred but not required. * Experience : 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing. * Digital-First Approach : Strong understanding of digital channels and trends. * Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to leverage data to support growth efforts and measure KPIs. * Action-Oriented : Proactive and results-driven.
