🔥 What You’ll Own Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus) Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across: Conduct: keyword research campaign structuring audience targeting competitor analysis Write and test high-converting: Optimize: CPC CTR CPA ROAS conversion rates Manage: budgets bidding strategies campaign pacing Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scalability SEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research using: SEMrush Ahrefs Google Search Console Optimize: metadata headings internal linking landing pages website content Support: on-page SEO technical SEO improvements organic traffic growth Track: keyword rankings search visibility organic traffic performance Identify: content gaps ranking opportunities SEO growth strategies Social Media Management & Engagement Manage engagement across: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Support: content scheduling caption optimization post publishing Respond to: comments DMs audience interactions Monitor: engagement metrics follower growth social performance Help improve audience engagement and brand visibility Reporting & Performance Analytics Track marketing performance across: Analyze campaign performance using: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Ads SEO tools social analytics dashboards Prepare: reports optimization recommendations campaign insights Maintain organized documentation of: campaign changes testing results optimization history 💻 Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience Proven SEO experience using: SEMrush Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms Strong understanding of: PPC paid search SEO audience targeting conversion optimization Strong understanding of marketing metrics including: Experience using: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Ads SEO reporting tools Strong written communication and copywriting skills Ability to work independently in remote environments ⭐ Nice to Have Experience managing multiple client accounts Background in: SaaS e-commerce B2B marketing Experience with: A/B testing conversion optimization landing page optimization Familiarity with: content marketing marketing automation tools CRM workflows 🧠 What Makes You a Strong Fit Highly execution-oriented and detail-focused Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making Comfortable balancing paid and organic marketing initiatives Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities Strong ownership mentality with minimal supervision Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously 📅 What a Typical Day Looks Like Review campaign dashboards and performance metrics Optimize Google Ads campaigns and audience targeting Test ad creatives, messaging, and bidding strategies Monitor SEO rankings and update keyword strategies Respond to social media engagement and audience activity Analyze marketing performance data and identify opportunities Prepare reports and optimization recommendations In short: You continuously improve traffic, engagement, lead generation, and marketing performance across paid and organic digital channels.
