Digital Marketing Specialist
within
Performance Marketing Execution
. The
Corporate Digital, Direct, and Lead Generation
team drives our digital-first marketing mindset. The team strives to elevate State Farm’s online presence through an innovative digital strategy, omni-channel activation, and optimization. Responsibilities Provides day-to-day relationship management, budget management, and support of digital marketing including paid social, digital display, and lead generation tactics internally and externally managed. Has working knowledge/experience on ad platforms (including Google, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and others) and business partners to execute and make data driven optimizations to digital campaigns. Partners with key stakeholders in strategy, creative, and analytics to ensure campaign objectives met to capture current profitable demand across business lines. Coordinates cross-platform use, targeting, tracking and measurement related to digital marketing. Remains current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation, continuously advocating to improve initiatives while proactively identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in media activation and process. Works under general direction on assignments of greater complexity and coordination. Leverages knowledge of industry, company issues, competitive environment, business, and area specific needs to lead, manage, and complete assignments. Analyzes performance and data to ensure sound business decisions and proposes optimizations. Exercises judgment, guides and advises business partners as appropriate within their area of expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Adequate work experience in digital media strategy, planning and execution. Agency, media publisher or medium/large brand experience preferred. Experience leveraging insights for contextual alignment with identified audiences. Strong written, presentation and analytical skills preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Ability to work collaboratively to develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
