Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota (On-Site: MUST be located in or willing to relocate to greater Sioux Falls area)
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Description
Montgomery's is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing our digital strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a legacy brand.

Responsibilities

Overall Digital Strategy and Execution: Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on social media, digital advertising, email campaigns and website support.
Online Presence Enhancement: Collaborate with the CMO to optimize Montgomery's online presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience from online interactions to in-store visits. This includes ongoing website support and content management. Along with maintaining and enhancing our SEO practices.
Advertising Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to measure effectiveness, refine strategies, and drive online and offline sales.
Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling digital content that resonates with our audiences, reflecting the essence of Montgomery's brand identity. This includes: Social Media Strategy and Execution: Content calendar management
Content creation (including photo/video)
Social platform content alignment and execution
Monitoring and engagement management
Manage influencer and business partnerships
Reporting and analytics

Email Campaign Strategy and Execution: Content calendar management
Creative templates build-out
Create and manage drip schedules
Audience segmentation, triggers, and management
Content creation (including photo/video)
Reporting and analytics

Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor website performance,
implement SEO strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Additional Requirements Budget Management: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact and return on investment.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement across digital platforms, driving brand loyalty and advocacy.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the ever-evolving digital landscape, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing market dynamics.
Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social and email platforms, and data analytics.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies based on data insights and market trends.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
