Title - Digital Marketing Analyst
Duration - 12 months contract
Location - New York, NY (Hybrid, 6 days remote per month)

Junior Role
1-3 years experience
Experience with Social Media
Person will use LinkedIn
Work with Photos and write posts on LinkedIn. Must have good writing skills.
Also work with marketing groups to announce internal rewards and promotions.
Marketing campaigns
Work with getting information to outside public relations firm
Experience leading social media campaigns, hardworking, dependent, proactive, responsible and flexible with daily activities.
Responsibilities
Manage the creative assets, rendering, scheduling, placement and posting of marketing campaigns and content on social media channels in order to increase audience eminence and engagement
Maintain and manage divisional website including videos, thought leadership, articles, and podcasts by keeping pages current and updated with fresh content and branded images. Work with internal partners and vendors to design appealing and engaging content for placement and optimize SEO for increased website metrics
Coordinate with banking teams to create best in class library of digital emails, newsletters and market update and develop a distribution strategy working on audience curation and development
Work with marketing and design partners to create, review and manage marketing assets
Communicate project statuses, priorities, strategies, and set expectations to key stakeholders, including senior management
Monitor and manage the workload, resources, and priorities for designers and vendor partners
Track and analyze digital marketing activity performance metrics and data via the creation of monthly reports; suggest strategy modifications to optimize performance
Partner with the leadership on projects, planning, and strategy
Adhere to the policies regarding communication with the public by obtaining and maintaining requisite communication approvals from key stakeholders including legal, compliance, corporate communications and licensed supervisor
Work with executive management, front office bankers and COO team to define and craft communications
Ability to effectively communicate with and present ideas to senior management and bankers
