Position Summary

Flex Technology Group is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with an emphasis in graphic design and website development. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, sales collateral, signage, internal communications, and marketing materials.Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity.Assist team members in the development of digital collateral to be used by sales and marketing, such as email templates, digital signage, social media graphics, website media, etc.Ensure all content matches FlexTG's brand identity, style, and voice.Implement website updates for events, content updates, or as assigned by the Director of Digital Marketing.Act as a Subject Matter Expert for FlexTG web properties, conducting day to day activities and contributing to the overall FlexTG web strategy.Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and other external partners regarding content management, data collection, design initiatives, and other areas that will interact with or affect web properties.Ensure content produced internally and externally adheres to SEO best practices and the overall digital marketing strategy.Provide input to the overall FlexTG Digital Marketing strategy.Contribute to digital campaign strategy development and execution as needed.Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field0-2 years of experience.A portfolio of work samples requiredExperience with Adobe Creative products like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Highly creative with experience in digital media that engages, informs, and motivates.Creative thinker and continuous learner.Detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, including leveraging SEO best practices.Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.Current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Video editing experience preferred.HTML5 and CSS knowledge.Experience with WordPress and Elementor preferred.
