The OPPORTUNITY:

Leverage your marketing experience and join our expanding team as the Digital Marketing Specialist! This role reports to the Director of Marketing and supports the marketing of Builders Mutual products and value-added services, playing a pivotal role in driving our online presence and engagement. Key functions encompass a range of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content optimization, and campaign performance evaluation. Collaborating with internal and external teams, this role leverages expertise to enhance Builders Mutual's digital footprint, ensuring the brand resonates effectively with the target audience. Because the success of our company is rooted in teamwork, the way we care about the people we work with and serve, this hybrid role will work in our Raleigh office a minimum of two days with the flexibility to work from home the remaining three days.

Your WORK as the Digital Marketing Specialist will make a difference as you:
Strategize & optimize digital media campaigns with external partners
Create digital content and follow the latest digital media developments and trends
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Maintain corporate website, serving as liaison between the company and our web developers and review website usage, tracking hits and identifying trends
Partner with the marketing team to post web updates, including marketing content and videos
Manage social media content calendars for multiple accounts, determining the frequency of posts for multiple channels, and ensuring important campaigns and messages are promoted across appropriate channels
Determine ways to leverage social media presence to build brand awareness, increase followers, and drive traffic to blog articles
Perform continuous analysis of SEO keywords and content performance, identifying trends and insights. Collaborate with internal and agency teams to develop and implement recommendations derived from the analysis, ensuring optimal outcomes and impact.
Ensure the quality and integrity of digital marketing products through quality assurance, verifying compatibility with various web browsers and email clients.
Conduct thorough checks to validate the accuracy and functionality of links, images, subject lines, personalized fields, and list segments, ensuring seamless and error free delivery.
Utilize Hootsuite, Google Analytics (GA4), and various applications to post, report, and review success
Manage the Hootsuite Amplify social sharing platform
SKILLS to get the JOB done RIGHT:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, and at least 3-5 years of advertising agency or marketing and/or insurance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Insurance and/or construction industry experience considered a plus
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Hootsuite and social platforms and in Google Analytics GA4
Experience with SEO and digital media campaign planning, optimization, and tracking
Keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to travel overnight as needed within the company's market footprint
