For more than 10 years, California Solar Integrators, Inc. (Cal Solar Inc) has developed multi-family and commercial solar projects throughout California. Our systems reliably deliver low-cost solar energy to businesses and multi-family housing communities. We are revitalizing the solar industry with the help of Utility Incentive Programs as well as supporting the state and federal legislative push towards renewable energy. Our experienced sales and estimating teams, engineers and installers, combined with our post-installation system support, provide complete turn-key solutions for new construction and retrofit properties. Service streams include Solar Photovoltaic, Solar Hot Water, EV Chargers, and Energy Storage.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Content Development:

• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for LinkedIn campaigns and in-person events.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital marketing channels and in-person interactions.

Social Media Campaign Management:

• Develop, implement, and optimize targeted campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Utilize LinkedIn's advertising platform to reach and convert target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Infographic Creation:

• Conceptualize, design, and create visually appealing infographics that effectively communicate our services.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging in all infographics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in infographic design.

In-Person Conferencing:

• Represent Cal Solar at exciting and innovating solar events.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Qualifications & Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing (2 + Years of Experience)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and their advertising capabilities.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $90,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
