Digital Media Coordinator

Calling digital marketing and communications background! We are seeking a junior associate to join the team who has worked with content, web page creation or layout and HTML. This is for a five to seven month CONTRACT. So if you can start tomorrow we want to hear from you!

Comp: $18/24/hour based on experience

Job Title: Junior associate in digital marketing (6-Month Project)

Responsibilities include:
Uploading and organizing content which can include website content, graphics, UI,HTML (basic uploading).
Collaborating with the teams in communications and marketing to review and prepare website content.
Using content management software to execute different tasks
Assisting with front-end website testing
Addressing website content-related issues and coordinating with team members for timely resolution.
Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance user experience.
Managing a communication request library and content assets using SharePoint.
Learning and implementing best practices with content management systems to improve operational efficiency.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Background in digital communications or related field.
Experience in website testing and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with website layout and design principles, with UI experience preferred.
Proficiency in using communication tools like Google Drive and Microsoft Teams.
Basic knowledge of HTML content uploading.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
Previous experience in digital content creation is a plus.
