Role Highlights

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our Digital Sales division, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our online operations. Your primary focus will be on project & program management, digital sales channel reporting, team coordination, client onboarding, and e-commerce omni channel management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving digital success.

Essential Duties

Lead integration projects and e-commerce site development, ensuring timely completion and successful onboarding of new programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements to e-commerce platforms.
Supervise a team of program managers responsible for overseeing cyclical orders and quarterly communication with customers to provide updates on program health, trends, and assortment changes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and analytics dashboards to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.
Conduct monthly trend meetings to discuss revenue opportunities and drive a 2% MoM revenue increase.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment on digital initiatives and priorities while facilitating effective communication and collaboration to streamline processes.
Develop SOPs and training documents covering all aspects of Vantage's digital offering, while also assessing the customer base for integration opportunities and managing the integration project plan through implementation.
Oversee the onboarding process for new digital businesses, guiding them through setup, integration, and launch phases.
Maintain a list of active integration customers and their various levels of integration. And develop a marketing/communication plan to help educate distributors within each organization about the benefits of their integration.
Manage e-commerce operations across retail channels, including third-party marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and maximize visibility.
Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, project management, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats with clients and team members.
Knowledge of retail channel management and online marketplace best practices is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business administration or a minimum of 3+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

Computer Skills

Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word, Excel, Sorting and summarization, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to use formulas, charts, and graphs.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements.
