Description
The Digital Operations Representative II is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for activities related to the Credit Union’s digital products, services and programs. This includes assisting in the education and operations of all digital products, services, and programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members served by the Credit Union.
1. Provides administrative and clerical support of all digital products, services, and programs.
2. Assists in identifying operational performance and delivery issues of the digital branch products and reports issues when resolution requires escalation.
3. Monitors ATM terminals to ensure proper up time and functionality. Coordinates with branches and opens tickets with vendor partners as needed.
4. Completes testing and assists with deployment as needed of digital products and services.
5. Provides support to employees in the use of digital related products, services, programs and systems to include trouble shooting and educating. Makes training suggestions based on feedback and trends.
6. Documents administrative and clerical updates, changes, decisions, and procedures.
7. Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Credit Union systems and processes.
8. Keeps up to date on regulatory guidance other relevant industry standards.
9. Adheres to all AOCU policies and procedures. Responsible for compliance with the following regulations: BSA, OFAC, and other regulations as required.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Participates in training and educating less experienced team members. May act as a coach.
2. Provides backup to other functions within the operations department.
3. Performs other related administrative or clerical duties as assigned.

This position is eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week after 3 months of hire in accordance with the Work From Home Guidelines.
The salary range for this role is between $21.03 - $31.55. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors as permitted by law.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. One to three years’ related digital banking or related operational banking experience is required. Digital channel regulatory knowledge and a strong understanding of banking products, services and terminology is preferred. This role requires technology proficiency and prior administrative and clerical experience, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment, leveraging strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to utilize various banking software and platforms. Must have the ability to utilize various types of office equipment, including PC.
