Our Digital Operations Specialists are responsible for Performing various duties to support the electronic banking function of our Bank.

Essential Duties:

  • Provides telephone support for branch staff as well as customer support line.
  • Supports, processes, and maintains ACH/Wire maintenance, reports, and program initiatives for our commercial customers.
  • Supports, processes, and maintains various Remote Deposit products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
  • Supports, processes, and maintains various BillPay products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
  • Supports, processes, and maintains various Online Banking products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
  • Supports, processes, and maintains Telephone Banking system.
  • Performs various types of maintenance on system, such as adding and removing account access, changing member status, monitoring new/closed accounts, resetting passwords, etc.
  • Provides support for various Operations tasks.

Requirements

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent.

Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communicative skills; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related banking experience normally required. 

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the essential job functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. At times required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. This position requires regular use of a computer.
