Job Title: Content Director/Multimedia Producer/Brand Journalist

The Mission: We are a leading, established Home Services company in the Trussville, AL. We are currently undergoing a digital transformation to move from traditional marketing to a world-class, trust-based media model. We are looking for a high-level Producer and Strategist to own our narrative and manage our internal content production machine.

The Role (Who You Are): You are a "Systems Thinker" with a background in journalism, production, or high-level content strategy. You don't just write stories; you build the roadmaps that deliver them. You will be the bridge between ownership’s strategic vision and our full-time, in-house videographer. You are someone who can walk into a complex operation, identify the "knowledge gaps" our customers have, and create the systematic plan to fill them.

Your Primary Objectives:

• **Strategic Roadmap: ** Take high-level business goals and translate them into a 12-month multimedia editorial calendar.

• Production Management: Direct our full-time videographer. You own the "Storyboards" and the "Scripts"; they own the technical execution.

• Technical Knowledge Extraction: Conduct interviews with our subject matter experts (technicians and leadership) to turn deep industry knowledge into clear, educational assets.

• Omni-Channel Distribution: Oversee the deployment of content across our CRM, email automation, and web platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Brand Authority: Ensure every piece of content—from a 30-second social clip to a 1,000-word educational guide—solidifies our position as the most trusted authority in the market.

Required Experience:

• The "Flyer" Factor: You have managed content projects from conception to completion without needing micro-management.

• Interviewing Excellence: You are a natural investigator. You know how to ask the right questions to get the best information.

• Logical Literacy: You understand how content flows through a sales funnel. Experience with CRM automation or marketing logic is a massive plus.

• Direct Response Writing: You can write copy that doesn't just inform, but moves a customer to take the next step.
