In this role, you will create impactful designs that influence user experience across various applications. You will collaborate with a team of designers and product partners, ensuring consistency and usability throughout the development of digital products. Your expertise will enable the team to refine prototypes and improve the overall interaction for our users, making a significant contribution to both product functionality and aesthetics. Accountabilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine prototypes that support evolving hardware and software application development.
- Develop and apply UX and usability processes to investigate and solve technical product and interface problems.
- Define and maintain templates, components, and documentation for consistent, high-quality communications across products.
- Analyze and improve the usability of applications and systems across multiple interaction modalities.
- Contribute to design concepts, including user requirements and internal specifications.
- Build and document design system components and patterns in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with a team of designers, marketing communications partners, and product partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product or web design with strong UX and UI expertise.
- Proficiency in UX design fundamentals with end-to-end UI execution.
- Visual design and systems design proficiency.
- Figma expertise, including component libraries and documentation.
