Digital Product Owner

This position will support the WSA – VL Acceleration initiative, serving as a Digital Product Owner focused on mobile application requirements within a large-scale digital product ecosystem. This role exists to increase delivery capacity and ensure mobile application requirements and design work are completed efficiently to support aggressive program timelines and strategic partner commitments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily supporting mobile requirements for a connected equipment platform, working across multiple acceleration sub-workstreams to ensure timely definition, refinement, and delivery of product needs.
• Helping drive accelerated delivery of digital product capabilities as part of a broader initiative to support enterprise growth priorities
• Gathering, defining, and managing mobile application requirements across key sub-workstreams
• Collaborating with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to align on scope and priorities
• Ensuring mobile product designs and requirements are clearly documented and delivered on schedule
• Supporting coordination between internal digital teams and business/segment stakeholders to meet committed timelines
• Helping remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Years of experience: 2-4+ years AND degree  
• Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, and/or Communications preferred)
• Do you accept internships as job experience: Yes

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in digesting epics into user stories
• Knowledge/ working with information systems.
• Knowledge of AHA and DevOps is a nice to have
• Knowledge on highway equipment is a plus/nice to have.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration experience (working on complex subjects with divided responsibilities) 
• Someone who can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with the team to find resolutions.

Salary expectations: $85,000 - $90,000 per annual
