Digital Program Manager-Intl Mexico

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Producer / Website Program Manager with approx. 9-10 years of strong Digital / Ecommerce Website project delivery experience and skills.

In this role, you will manage medium and large complexity and size projects or program workstreams that will require the coordination of cross-functional teams across several geographical locations. Note that this role will manage projects that include stakeholders and team members from Marketing, Product Management, User Experience / Design, Content, Engineering, SEO, and Analytics. Prior experience and skills driving creative projects, and an understanding of the process steps involved including UX / Design, Content Strategy, and Modeling, and Authoring are key to the success of this role.

The role will work closely with business and marketing leads, UX Designers, Content Writers (Copywriters), and with Engineers in the scoping, execution, and delivery of specific pages of the Website, and will also schedule reviews, and synthesize feedback from these stakeholders.

-Scope Definition o Define the scope and requirements for Project o Identify objectives and KPIs / Metrics

-Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, Resources may include contractors across creative and engineering domains

-Planning and Project Scheduling

-Develop an approach and a high-level plan with key milestones in alignment with business objectives

-Establish a detailed project schedule that details related tasks, resources and dependencies

-Project Execution Management and Change Management

-Manage the digital projects across phases and stages of delivery

-Manage changes in project scope, schedule o Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

-Identify risks, devise a plan for risk migration, and manage risk during project

-Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

-Establish an ARCIV (PayPals RASCI) model for projects, identify key stakeholders and roles

-Manage relationships across stakeholder and execution teams

Pay Rate range: $24-$27

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field

-9-10 years of experience as a Digital Website Producer or as a Program / Project Manager with digital content / E-commerce Website delivery

-Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong organizational skills

-Strong problem-solving skills

-Knowledge of and experience with Project Management and execution tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence) and methodologies including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid

-Self-motivated

-Quick learner

-Multi-tasking skills and ability to handle several projects/workstreams

-Strong work ethic

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere

-Influencing and persuasion skills. -PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Preferred Qualities null
