Digital Project Manager (12)

abra professional services is seeking for a Digital project manager.

The role involves managing multiple strategic projects in parallel, coordinating across numerous stakeholders, and working closely with specification, development and QA teams, as well as product, design, marketing, and operations. The position also includes continuous improvement of work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of cross-organizational projects
• Matrix leadership across diverse teams within the organization
• Oversight and control of schedules, budgets, tasks, and deliverables
• Ongoing work with JIRA: task management, tracking, and reporting

• 3+ years of experience in managing technology projects – mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in matrix management – mandatory
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with JIRA; Scrum Master certification – an advantage
• Experience in building and improving work processes
• Proven experience in a financial institution or FinTech company – an advantage
